Summerland by the Sea Mobile Home Park was established after being converted from a former campground with sites overlooking the beautiful Pacific Ocean. We are a resident owned park with 38 lots of various sizes on three levels. We have a recently remodeled pool area, along with a recreation room with pool table. There is also a laundry facility, and extra storage space can be rented (as available).

We are a five minute walk to Summerland Beach and Park, and only a few steps more into the wonderful village of Summerland with a variety of restaurants and well known for its antique shops.
